We strive to accurately display colors, sizes, and descriptions of all items. However, due to lighting, screen settings, and handmade production, slight differences may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before processing. Custom or made-to-order items will begin production once payment is received.

4. Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the item. Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged or defective items reported within the required timeframe.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed due to production timelines.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
