Shipping and delivery

Processing Time
All items are handmade. Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom items may require additional time.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates
USPS delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delays caused by USPS, weather, or holidays are outside my control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact USPS first. I’m happy to help guide you through next steps, but I cannot replace items lost by the carrier.

International Shipping (optional—remove if not needed)
International orders may take 2–6 weeks depending on customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

All items are packaged securely to protect your handmade resin pieces during transit.
