Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our resin products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items:

Because each item is handmade and often made to order, all sales are final unless there is a quality issue.

Shipping Issues:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will assist in resolving the issue.
